教育目標 Course Target

本課程主要在探討教育行政學的理論內涵與研究方法,瞭解教育行政研究與相關實務,進而結合理論、研究以解決實務問題。

This course mainly explores the theoretical connotation and research methods of educational administration, understands educational administration research and related practices, and then combines theory and research to solve practical problems.

課程概述 Course Description

認識教育行政學的意義、演變、基礎與研究,瞭解組織理論、領導理論、溝通理論、決定理論、視導理論、評鑑理論等重要理論基礎。運用理論反省與批判現況,研讀國內外相關研究,並有能力從事教育行政研究。

Understand the significance, evolution, foundation and research of educational administration, and understand important theoretical foundations such as organization theory, leadership theory, communication theory, decision theory, visual guidance theory, and evaluation theory. Use theory to reflect on and criticize the current situation, study relevant domestic and foreign research, and have the ability to engage in educational administration research.
