本課程主要在探討教育行政學的理論內涵與研究方法,瞭解教育行政研究與相關實務,進而結合理論、研究以解決實務問題。This course mainly explores the theoretical connotation and research methods of education administration, understands education administration research and related practices, and then makes reasonable arguments and research to solve practical problems.
認識教育行政學的意義、演變、基礎與研究,瞭解組織理論、領導理論、溝通理論、決定理論、視導理論、評鑑理論等重要理論基礎。運用理論反省與批判現況,研讀國內外相關研究,並有能力從事教育行政研究。
Understand the meaning, evolution, foundation and research of educational administration, and understand the basics of important theoretical foundations such as organizational theory, leadership theory, communication theory, decision theorem theory, visual theory, and evaluation theory. Use theoretical reflection and criticism of current situations, study relevant research at home and abroad, and be able to engage in educational administrative research.
