課程目標
1、培養學生具備人口老化發展趨勢與老年貧窮議題之基本認識與瞭解。
2、培養學生具有發掘高齡化、少子女化人口趨勢下所衍生的老年經濟安全問題的能力。
3、培養學生檢析台灣人口組成與變遷發展趨勢，以及台灣老年家庭經濟狀況的能力。
4、協助學生全面檢析歐美先進國家人口發展趨勢與對應老年貧窮問題的新趨勢。
5、培養學生具備對台灣人口老化發展趨勢與老年貧窮議題優劣剖析能力。
課程內涵
1.人口老化趨勢：世界人口老化變遷歷程、全球人口老化的預測分析、人口變遷理論、年齡變遷的人口學原因。台灣人口變遷歷程、影響台灣人口變遷的因子、台灣人口變遷的趨勢、21世紀人口政策、管理各項變遷的因應之道。
2.老年貧窮：貧窮的概念、老年貧窮的特質、台灣老年貧窮問題的探討、解決貧窮問題的政策、解決老年貧窮問題效果的分析、台灣各種老年經濟安全保障措施的檢析、各國解決老年貧窮的新對策。
Course Target
1. Cultivate students to have basic understanding and understanding of the trends of population aging and development and the issues of elderly people's contemplation.
2. Cultivate students to develop economic and security problems in the elderly that are derived from the trend of aging and teenager populations.
3. Cultivate students' ability to analyze Taiwan's population formation and changing development trends, as well as the economic status of Taiwan's elderly families.
4. Help students comprehensively analyze the population development trends of advanced European and American countries and new trends for elderly care problems.
5. Cultivate students to have the ability to analyze the trends of Taiwan’s population aging and development and the elderly’s controversy.
Course content
1. Population aging trends: the world's population aging change course, prediction and analysis of global population aging, population change theory, and demographic reasons for age change. Taiwan’s population change course, factors that affect Taiwan’s population change, trends of Taiwan’s population change, 21st century population policy, and response methods to manage various changes.
2. Elderly care: the concept of the elderly, the characteristics of the elderly, the exploration of the elderly problems in Taiwan, the policies to solve the elderly problems, the analysis of the effects of solving the elderly problems, the analysis of various economic security measures for the elderly in Taiwan, and the new solutions for various countries to solve the elderly.
