教育目標 Course Target

整學期課程針對研究生說明兩個層次的議題,首先是社會工作管理所運作的環境,尤其是組織的層次。其次是實際上把該做的事做好。組織裡的事很多,主要是人力、財務、資訊、總務、資源、行銷、公關等,每一方面都已經發展出管理的方法。 在組織的層次方面,依序說明12種理。順著組織的步驟來敘述,首先一定要有「理念」,某種為了愛而有的理念,接著產生「理想」,不是空想,而是建制,也就是建立組織。既然進入組織的知識領域,總是要有「理論」基礎,向大師學習,知道組織理論。接著,要建構真的組織了,而組織與所有人群組合最鮮明不同之處,就是「理性」,在設計上理性、知道有哪些的要項,安排組織裡的部門,這些屬於結構面。在功能面,則需「理智」安排,先有策略再規劃,並展現層次。 非營利組織的基石建立了以後,人們加入,被選舉為「理事」,理事便為協會運作的核心。基金會是另一種非營利組織,在此介紹聘僱員工遠多於協會的基金會「原理」。任何法人都需遵守政府的「法理」,無論是組成、選舉、運作、稅賦、勸募都要守法。守法只是形式,實質則靠「治理」,這是董事會、理事會的核心責任;他/她們又聘任執行長、秘書長,這些人實際「管理」,對內管人、管錢、管事。治理與管理者共同面對外界的考驗,就是「環境的處理」,重點是行銷募款、組織合作、公私協力、經營關係。法人如同自然人,也有生老病死,但組織可以超越自然人的生命。所以,持續發展是「道理」,這要靠成員明理、持續創新變革。 在管理的要項方面,重點是追求效率及績效。 社會工作是助人的專業,助人要有方法,社會工作組織從事各種助人的服務必然要有效率又有效果的進行。因此需要管理!管理的核心是「不要管人,但要理人」,尊重組織裡的各種人才,協助每一位集中重點,把該做的事做好。各社會工作組織應用這些方法來運作,使助人的服務能順利進展。 社會工作管理是一種持續的活動,執行管理的是管理者,管理者在組織(organization)裡從事各種管理。社會工作管理是新興的學科,主要借重管理學、組織理論、組織行為等的知識、理論和技巧。但是當這些應用到各類型社會福利組織時,有許多值得深思檢視的議題。本課程是分析「管理」,而不僅是「管理者」,以對事情的討論說明為主。 The entire course explains the two levels of graduate students. First, the environment in which social work management operates, especially the organizational levels. The second is to actually do what you do well. There are many things in the organization, mainly manpower, finance, information, general business, resources, marketing, public relations, etc. In each aspect, management methods have been developed. In terms of organizational levels, 12 kinds of reasoning are explained in sequence. To describe the organization step by step, you must first have "ideas", a certain concept that has love, and then "ideals" are produced, not fantasy, but establishment, that is, establishment. Since you have entered the knowledge field of organization, you must always have a "theoretical" foundation, learn from the masters, and know organizational theoretical theory. Next, we need to build a real organization, and the most obvious difference between the organization and all groups of people is "rationality", designing rationality, knowing what key points are, and arranging the departments in the organization, which belong to the structure. In terms of functions, it is necessary to arrange "rationally", first with strategy and then plan, and display levels. After the foundation of the non-profit organization was established, people joined and were chosen as "councils", and the councils were the core of the association's operation. Foundations are another non-profit organization that introduces the foundation "principles" where employees hire more than the associations are introduced. Any legal person must abide by the government's "legal principles" and must abide by the law whether it is organized, selected, operated, paid taxes or recruitment. Law-abiding is just a form, and the quality depends on "governance". This is the core responsibility of the board of directors and board of directors; they also hire executive directors and secretary generals, who actually "manage" and manage people, money and affairs internally. Governance and managers face external experiences together with the management is "environmental processing", which focuses on marketing fundraising, organizational cooperation, public-private cooperation, and business relations. Just like a natural person, legal person also has birth, old age, sickness and death, but the organization can transcend the life of a natural person. Therefore, continuous development is the "truth", which depends on the members to be clear and innovative. In terms of management, the focus is on pursuing efficiency and performance. Social work is a profession for helping people. Helping people requires methods. Social work organizations must be efficient and effective in serving various helpful people. Therefore, management is needed! The core of management is "don't care about people, but be responsible", respect all kinds of talents in the organization, help everyone concentrate on their focus, and do what they should do well. Various social work organizations apply these methods to enable helpful services to progress smoothly. Social work management is a continuous activity. The managers are responsible for various management in the organization. Social work management is a new subject, mainly relying on knowledge, theory and skills in management, organizational theory, organizational behavior, etc. But when these are applied to various types of social welfare organizations, there are many questions worth pondering and reviewing. This course analyzes "management", not just "manager", and focuses on discussions on matters.

社會工作面對各界要求績效的考驗,績效的提高依賴管理,管理使社會工作的服務更有效果。管理的浪潮多年來一直未消退,連最看重人的社工服務都必須引進管理,並接受管理。為什麼?因為管理能幫助社會工作。任何社會工作者從事社會工作專業時應瞭解管理,不論所做的是直接服務或間接服務或其他服務。 管理使社會工作者更有效率地提供專業服務,使案主及社會得到更多的幫助。當社會工作者扮演管理者的角色時,管理更是他必須熟練的工具。 社會工作管理本身是新興的學科,主要借重管理學、組織理論、組織行為等的知識、理論和技巧。但是當這些應用到各類型社會福利組織時,有許多值得深思檢視的議題。管理有全球化的內容,也必須考慮本土化,因此,除了介紹重要的管理概念外,本課程將針對台灣社會工作相關機構的管理作多方面的討論。 「社會工作管理」是說明基金會、協會與社會福利機構的管理,也可以適用於學校、教育組織、宗教組織、民間團體、社區發展協會等。本課程是分析「管理」,而不僅是「管理者」,以對事情的討論說明為主。 重點是「組織管理」,重點不是方案管理,也不是談如何管理人或管理自己,而是讓組織能有效率又有績效地運作。 課程的主題是「管理」而不僅是「行政」,行政偏向公部門,受到較多法令的限制,管理則需要更多的創新。 這門課程是專門為碩士班學生開的,希望幫助碩士生日後能在組織中擔任中級管理者。
The social work face requires the performance test of all sectors and improves the performance based on management, so that the service of social work is more effective. Because management can help social work. Any social worker should understand management when he is engaged in social work, regardless of whether what he is doing is direct or intercommunicate or other services. Management allows social workers to provide professional services more efficiently, so that clients and society can receive more help. When social workers play the role of managers, management is a tool that they must be familiar with. Social work management itself is a new subject, mainly relying on knowledge, theory and skills in management, organizational theory, organizational behavior, etc. But when these are applied to various types of social welfare organizations, there are many questions worth pondering and reviewing. Management has global content and must also consider localization. Therefore, in addition to introducing important management concepts, this course will discuss the management of institutions related to Taiwan's social work in many aspects. "Social Work Management" is to explain the management of foundations, associations and social welfare institutions, and can also be used in schools, educational organizations, religious organizations, private groups, community development associations, etc. This course analyzes "management", not just "manager", and focuses on discussions on matters. The focus is "organization management". The focus is not plan management, nor is it about how to manage people or yourself, but to enable organizations to operate efficiently and effectively. The theme of the course is "management" rather than "administration". Administration is biased towards the public department and is restricted by more laws and regulations. Management requires more innovation. This course is dedicated to students of the judiciary class, hoping to help judiciary become an intermediate manager in the organization after their birthday.
