教育目標 Course Target
本課程係基於學生具備相當程度之統計理論方法之基礎，採一對一教學方式，引導學生面對實際遭遇統計問題時之解決能力，訓練表達溝通方式及如何撰寫報告呈現其成果。
This course is based on students having a considerable degree of statistical theoretical methods. It adopts a one-on-one teaching method to guide students' ability to solve statistical problems when faced with actual encounters. It also trains students' expression and communication methods and how to write reports and present their results.

1.Lead students to search for relating subjects of Restaurant and Hotel Management.
2. Train students to think independently, and increase ability of data collection and analysis.
