廣義線性模型是一門應用極廣且兼具理論架構的統計模式。本門課擬就廣義線性模式之統計推論做一介紹,並就應用廣義線性模式於不同的資料形態來做方法之介紹以及實際軟體編寫。本門廣義線性模型針對博班研究生開設,以大學部之數理統計學及迴歸分析為基礎,從指數家族, 概似推論及線性模型介紹並銜接一般的廣義線性模型之定義及估計,然後進入GLM中特殊模型。進一步將初步介紹幾個進階模型如GLMM, GEE並計算方法。The broad-linear model is a statistical model with a wide range of applications and theoretical architecture. This course introduces the statistical recommendations of the broad-line mode, and introduces the methods of applying the broad-line mode to different data forms and writes the actual software. This public linear model is designed for graduate students in the PhD class. It is based on the mathematical and statistical analysis of the university department. It introduces the general definition and estimation of the general general linear model from the index family, and then enters the special model in GLS. A few advanced models such as GLMM, GET and calculation methods will be introduced in a preliminary manner.
