本課程從投資分析之架構開始，逐步介紹金融市場、投資心理學、投資組合理論、資產評價方法、與全球投資局勢，強化投資規劃之基礎精神與概念。此外，本課程運用建構財務報表模組方式，將財務報表的基本內涵與技術分析做對照，演算個別資產價格。本課程亦加強投資實務資訊，邀請業界專業投資菁英授課，橋接理論與實務，豐富課程面向，協助學生規劃穩健之財富分配與佈局。本課程從投資分析之架構開始，逐步介紹金融市場、投資心理學、投資組合理論、資產評價方法、與全球投資局勢，強化投資規劃之基礎精神與概念。 In addition, this course uses a financial report module to compare the basic connotation of financial reports with technical analysis and calculate the price of a specific asset. 本課程從投資分析之架構開始，逐步介紹金融市場、投資心理學、投資組合理論、資產評價、與全球投資局勢，使學生充分掌握投資分析規劃之精神與概念，協助學生對投資實務有更精確之管理與佈局。本課程運用電腦軟體作投資組合實務演練，協助學生規劃整體資產配置。在個別資產評價與股票評價的部份，本課程以建構財務報表模組方式，將財務報表的基本內涵與技術分析做對照。亦邀請業界專業投資團隊演講，務使理論與實務兼具。
This course starts with the structure of investment analysis and gradually introduces the financial market, investment psychology, reasonable discussion of investment organization, asset evaluation, and global investment stance, so that students can fully grasp the spirit and concepts of investment analysis planning, and help students have a more accurate management and layout of investment practice. This course uses computer software for investment combination practice, helping students plan overall asset allocation. In the part of individual asset evaluation and stock evaluation, this course compares the basic connotation of financial reports with technical analysis by constructing a financial report module. We also invite professional investment teams from the industry to give a lecture to ensure both theory and practice.
