Understand the theory and application of supply chain management We will use the concept of smile curve to wear production, research and development design, and marketing services. From the concept of standard operations to the precision of the process, to the integration of upstream and downstream suppliers and the formulation of enterprise operation models, we will then become a "personal" supply chain. Basically, this class will be developed from the perspective of a human self-interested motor, allowing students to understand the fundamental problems of corporate supply chains.
