生醫資訊技術(Biomedical Information Technology)為有關醫學/健康照護及生物科技領域之資訊的取得與儲存、分析與處理、資訊內容結構設計和應用之學科。
本課程將著重說明生醫資訊技術如何結合電腦科學(尤其是計算機智慧)的原理與技術,並探討其於臨床醫療與照護實務之應用(Clinical Application)。Biomedical Information Technology is a subject of the acquisition and storage, analysis and processing of information, information content structure design and application of medical/health care and biotechnology fields.
This course will focus on how biomedical information technology combines the principles and techniques of computer science (especially computer intelligence) and explores its application in clinical medicine and care practices.
