被喻為第四次工業革命的資訊革命帶給現今所有行業巨大的衝擊，醫療產業亦不例外，然而一般輿論普遍認為醫療機構運用資訊科技的態度較為保守，為何資訊科技會對全球產業造成重大改變，資訊對組織的重要意涵為何? 資訊和資訊科技的相互關係又是甚麼? 如何管理資訊資源? 這些都是資訊管理所需要回答的議題，醫療產業一樣面臨相同的管理議題，但更甚於此的是，由於醫療服務的對象是寶貴的生命，醫療資訊管理必須達成組織更多而且複雜的使命，就因如此資訊科技在醫療機構的運用相對困難。本課程的目標是讓學員對醫療資訊管理不僅瞭解其涵義，更需瞭解執行面的問題，本課程將講解醫療資訊管理重要的基本課題，要求學員進行案例討論和分享，尋找有興趣的議題深入探討，加深學員對醫療資訊管理的認識。The information revolution, known as the fourth industrial revolution, has brought huge impacts to all industries today, and medical industries are no exception. However, generally speaking, it is generally believed that the attitude of medical institutions to use information technology is more conservative. Why does information technology cause major changes to global industries? What is the important implication of information for organizations? What is the relationship between information and information technology? How to manage information resources? These are questions that need to be answered by information management. The medical industry also faces the same management questions, but more importantly, since the target of medical services is precious life, medical information management must form a more and complex mission. This is why information technology is used in medical institutions is relatively difficult. The purpose of this course is to allow students to understand not only the implications of medical information management, but also the problems on the execution side. This course will explain the basic questions of medical information management, and require students to discuss and share cases, find interesting topics to conduct in-depth discussions, and deepen students' understanding of medical information management.
