本課程以大學部3、4年級與碩、博士班學生為主要授課對象，內容主要為大學部儀器分析課程中毛細管電泳相關技術之延伸。在一學期三學分的課程中，學生將先學習六種毛細管電泳之實驗原理原理及相關應用，後半部則以介紹各式毛細管電泳儀器的架設概念以及目前主流技術。This course is mainly taught by the 3rd and 4th grades and doctoral students in the university department, and the content is mainly an extension of the hair tube electrophoresis-related technologies in the university department analysis course. During the course of three-score in the first year, students will first learn the practical principles and related applications of six types of hair tube electrophoresis. The second half will introduce the frame concepts of various hair tube electrophoresis instruments and the current mainstream technology.
