教育目標 Course Target
《整體與無限》作為列維納斯前期思想代表性的著作，透過把西方傳統的形上學視為是一種整體哲學，列維納斯對於抹殺個體的意義與價值的西方哲學進行了批判。在本書中列維納斯強調自我與他人的倫理關係先於兩者間的存在關係，因而強調倫理學先於存在論。本課程旨在針對《整體與無限》一書進行研討，以便對列維納斯這樣的哲學思想有更深入的掌握。
"Overall and Infinity" is a representative work of Levinas's early thoughts. By viewing the metaphysical view of Western tradition as a whole philosophy, Levinas criticized Western philosophy that erases the meaning and value of individuals. In this book, Vinas emphasizes the ethical relationship between the self and others before the existence relationship between the two, so ethicalism is emphasized before the existence discussion. This course aims to discuss the book Whole and Infinity in order to gain a deeper understanding of the philosophical thoughts of Lionas.
