《哲學論稿》堪稱海德格繼《存有與時間》（Sein und Zeit, Being and Time）之後的第二部主要著作，他以短文式的論述，由〈前瞻》開始，中間的六道接縫和音樂般的賦格（Fugen）為主旋律，最後以〈存有〉作結尾，組成海德格中期哲學（1930年代及其後）以後對存有歷史的思維。該書是海德格思想「轉向」的重要著作，從基礎存有論轉向離基，從超越到居有（Ereignen）的合而為一，從傳統哲學的運思方式到以創作（詩）進行哲學思維方式的革新、以語言踐行存有真理。本課程將透過研讀與專題口報的討論瞭解海德格中期哲學如何徹底地克服主體形上學，如何存有本身的時間性（存有真理）直接追問存有本身。基於海德格中期哲學的轉向以及以創作所進行哲思方式的革新，不僅開啟了當代哲學的新頁，海德格也給出藝術和真理之間的關係新的規定。
由於《哲學論稿》是對《存有與時間》的重新思考，加上它支離破碎、迴旋重覆的論述方式，使海德格哲學的入門者於閱讀《哲學論稿》時雖覺奇特並能引發沉思，但亦有精確掌握上的困難，因此有必要借助課程的引導與共同的研讀和討論，以瞭解：
1. 海德格中期哲學的特徵與方法特質。
2. 海德格中期哲學的存有及存有真理觀。
3. 海德格對時間與空間的觀點。
4. 人的本質。
"Philosophy Draft" can be called Heidegger's second major work after "Sein und Zeit, Being and Time". He starts with a short-text statement, starting with "Foresight", with the main theme of the six ties in the middle and music-like Fugen. Finally, he ends with "Abstinence", forming Heidegger's thinking on the history of existence in the middle of the Philosophy (in the 1930s and after) and then. This book is an important work of Heidegger's thought "transformation". It transforms from the basic theory of existence to the basis, from transcending to the unity of existence (Ereignen), from the way of thinking in traditional philosophy to the innovation of philosophical thinking in creation (poems) and the truth in language. This course will directly pursue existence itself through discussions of study and topical oral discussions. Based on Heidegger's mid-term philosophy transformation and the innovation of philosophical thinking through creation not only opened a new page of contemporary philosophy, Heidegger also gave new regulations on the relationship between art and truth.
Since the Philosophical Draft is a rethinking of "Origin and Time", coupled with its way of breaking and repetitive remarks, Heidegger's philosophy entry-level Philosophical learners feel strange and can lead to contemplation when reading the Philosophical Draft, but they also have difficulties in mastering it accurately. Therefore, it is necessary to use the guidance of the course and common research and discussion to understand:
