為提升學生學習發展，培養學生，幫助學生投入教學方法實作，未來可持續擔任各系課程之教學助理，帶領學習上較落後的學生突破學習困境、提升學習意願增進課業知識，本課程提供具有主動學習意願的同學，於服務擔任教學助理期間，予以專業課程的培訓，以「教與學實務實習」為核心定期授課，由學期初的教學觀念建立，與期中的課程講授提升學生專業學習、團隊領導、跨域學習及溝通協調等能力，至期末進行教學法的演練與團隊合作發表，凝聚學生投入教學服務的熱忱。本課程內容強調由「教學」入手，培養學生自我「培育」，進而掌握基本的教學知識與技巧，學習分享所學、扶助同儕，增進就事論事的溝通能力、誠實自律，激發學生同儕間互助的關懷熱能，使學生從教學方法的實務操作中，獲得多重能力。

In order to improve students' learning development, train students, and help students engage in the implementation of teaching methods, they can continue to serve as teaching assistants in various departments in the future, leading students who are lagging behind in learning to break through learning difficulties, enhance their learning willingness, and enhance their academic knowledge. This course provides students with active learning willingness to serve as teaching assistants. Based on the training of professional courses, regular lectures are given with "Teaching and Learning Practical Practice" as the core. The teaching concepts are established at the beginning of the semester, and the mid-term course lectures are used to improve students' professional learning, team leadership, cross-domain learning, communication and coordination, etc. At the end of the semester, teaching methods are practiced and teamwork presentations are conducted to gather students' enthusiasm for teaching services. The content of this course emphasizes starting from "teaching", cultivating students' self-cultivation, and then mastering basic teaching knowledge and skills, learning to share what they have learned, helping peers, improving communication skills, honesty and self-discipline, stimulating students' caring energy for mutual help among peers, and enabling students to acquire multiple abilities from the practical operation of teaching methods.
