教育目標 Course Target

<食通信>不僅僅要有採訪能力、編寫能力,更是要寫出生產者的價值,這是一份有生命與靈魂的雜誌,同時雜誌的相片、插畫都需要有一流的專業技術與表現能力(敬請參考日本<食通信>網站http://taberu.me/)。此外,這一分雜誌也特別重視社群網站的溝通,消費者與生產者之間可以藉由這個網站相互關懷、學習,進而彼此尊重。總而言之,<食通信>是一份專業知能融入敘事力的極品實踐場域。 本校已正式成立台灣〈食通信〉東海編輯基地,追求「食治世先治食」的理想,<食通信>是一份雜誌,附食材的雜誌,發刊的目的在於恢復生產者與消費者之間的關係,要讓消費者認識到生產者的價值,生產者也可以認識到消費者的真正需求,這一份雜誌的目標不僅僅是要促銷農產品,更重要的是在於恢復人與人之間相互了解、信任與具有溝通能力的關係,正是要生產者與消費者彼此培養發現美的眼睛。 發刊於日本東北岩手縣,努力修復生產者的價值與消費者之間的關係。一份深具社會實踐性的雜誌,決心改變下一個社會-人與人之間的關係。日本東北食通信的創刊理想,也正是本課程的學習目標: (一)旗:「我是旗手。如果這世間真的需要這面旗,不管是人才或錢財,一定會聚集過來。」 (二)食:「想要讓食物背後的真實能夠被看見。讓生產者的食材和背後的故事一起送達都市消費者手中,想要串連生產者與消費者。」 (三)繫:「農漁業不單單只是生產糧食的工作,而是把自然界的海洋、土壤與人、都市和地方的生命連結在一起。」 (四)支:「建構出讓做的人與吃的人雙方,在新的社群中學習自助、練習互助的模式,讓這個想法化為具體可能的,就是CSA,Community Supported Agriculture。」這不是一份為了賺錢而辦的雜誌,而且必須是願意以一輩子的生命來承辦。這份決心是東北食通信創刊所立下的創刊精神,也是台灣食通信所必須延續的精神。 (五)通:限定了讀者的最大值,卻帶給我們選擇生產者時更多的自由。 本課除了學習〈食通信〉的理念之外,也將引導學生如何彼此共學如何編輯與採訪,以具備實踐〈食通信〉社會責任的能力。 not only requires access and writing skills, but also the value of the producer. Our school has officially established the Taiwan "Food Communication" Donghai Editorial Base, pursuing the ideal of "food control first in the world". "Food Communication" is a magazine with food ingredients. The purpose of the publication is to restore the relationship between producers and consumers, and to let consumers recognize the value of producers. Manufacturers can also recognize the real needs of consumers. The purpose of this magazine is not only to promote agricultural products, but more importantly to restore mutual understanding, trust and communication between people, and to cultivate and discover beautiful eyes from producers and consumers. Published in Iwate Prefecture, Tohoku, Japan, to work hard to repair the relationship between the value of producers and consumers. A magazine with deep social reality, determined to change the next society - the relationship between people. The creative ideal of Tohoku Food Communication in Japan is also the learning goal of this course: (I) Flag: "I am the flag bearer. If this flag is really needed in this world, whether it is talent or money, it will definitely gather." (II) Food: "I want the real behind the food to be seen. Let the ingredients of the producers and the stories behind them be delivered to urban consumers, and I want to connect the producers and consumers." (III) Recommendation: "Agriculture is not just a work of producing food, but rather connects the oceans and soils of nature with people, cities and places of life." (IV) Support: "Constructing a dual method of making and eating people to learn self-help and mutual assistance in the new community, and the CSA, Community Supported Agriculture." This is not a magazine designed to make money, but must be willing to undertake it with a single life. This determination is the spirit of creation established by the Northeast Food Communications Creation, and it is also the spirit that must be extended for Taiwan Food Communications. (V) Transmission: It limits the maximum value of readers and gives us more freedom when choosing producers. In addition to learning the concept of "Food Communication", this course will also guide students how to share with each other how to edit and visit, so as to have the ability to implement social responsibility for "Food Communication".
