教育目標 Course Target

■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives) Covey(2004)在「The 8th Habit」書序寫到,「To the humble courageous, “great” ones among us who exemplify how leadership is a choice, not a position.」。「有能力決定(make)」或“make choice”是教育中相當挑戰而關鍵的課題。本課程旨在培育大學青年公民: 一、認識領導素養對個人、對組織、對社會及對環境的關係。 二、認識促進改變的關鍵三階段及六項要素。 三、發展促進合作與改變的領導素養。藉由探索情境活動及引導反思,體驗與體會群體中真正有創造力的活動是合作,而非領導。但領導,發揮正向影響力,才是讓所有人合作、創造與改變不可或缺的條件。 四、跳脫刻板印象與思維框架。藉由認識「創意」、「發散思考」、「連結聯想」、「隱喻思考」、「挑戰思維框架」及「T type 創新人才」等六項「Creative Problem-Solving」要件,引導學生以「Open-minded」態度面對自己,以及生活周遭人事物,找尋能激勵自己、學習自主與自律的原則,近而以全新的角度,重新檢視目前所面臨的議題,找尋解決之道。■ Course Objectives Covey (2004) wrote in the preface of "The 8th Habit", "To the humble courageous, "great" ones among us who exemplify how leadership is a choice, not a position." "Being able to decide" or "make choice" is a very challenging and key subject in education. This course aims to cultivate young college citizens: 1. Understand the relationship between leaders and individuals, organizations, society and the environment. 2. Understand the three key stages and six elements of promoting improvement. 3. Development promotes cooperation and transformation leading cultivation. By exploring situational activities and guiding reflection, the truly creative activities in the experience and community groups are cooperation, not leadership. But leading and experiencing positive influence is an indispensable condition for everyone to cooperate, create and change. 4. Break the framework of stereotypes and thinking. By understanding six "Creative Problem-Solving" requirements, including "creative Problem-Solving", "creative Problem-Solving", etc., including "creative Problem-Solving", etc., including "creative Problem-Solving", guide students to face themselves with an "Open-minded" attitude, as well as people and things around their lives, find the principles that can motivate themselves, learn autonomy and self-discipline, and re-examine the current issues from a new perspective, and find solutions.
