憲政民主要求所有的判斷，信念與決策，不能只是全然赤裸裸地反應「偏好」而已，還必須建立在「理性」的基礎之上，提供合理的「理由」與「證據」，因此我們必須學習「論證」，才能夠提出贊成或反對的主張，和不同意見的人開展對話尋求共識。Psychological democracy requires that all judgments, beliefs and decisions cannot be simply a naked reaction to "preferences", but must also be based on the basis of "rationality" and provide reasonable "reasons" and "certifications". Therefore, we must learn "certifications" in order to make a proposal or oppose, and to engage in dialogue with people who do not agree to seek common sense.
