“Aging Service + Space” Design Innovate-ing Workshop
教育目標 Course Target
本課程的目的在帶領學生探索未來「高齡社會」(Aging Society)的巨大趨勢下,「服務創新」、與「空間創新」的可能。
本課程的執行方式為「議題松」+「場域實做」+「成果發表」三個階段:
「議題松」協助任何一個無經驗的學員在兩天一夜33小時之內完成
一個完整的創新流程短跑 (Sprint)。
完成原型(prototype),並進行驗證。
跨領域、跨年齡的團隊共創專案
擬定「OKR與時程」,進入「場域實做」引導學員將具有潛力的原型導入現場,進行實證,並提供「隨選教練」(On-demand Coach)
「成果發表」於學期末進行。
台灣將於2025年步入「超高齡社會」,屆時,將有 ⅕ 的人口屬於高齡族群,並且這個比例將持續提高,達到7百萬人的規模。以日本的發展脈絡作為借鏡,目前台灣的高齡者照顧需求,將從「機構(institutions)照顧」快速轉變成「在宅或社會照顧」。而相對應的需求,需要「社區、移動、都市」全面的服務升級才能滿足。
高齡者的服務需求不同於青壯年。目前,不論是「在宅、社區、移動、都市」四大面向的基礎建設,不論軟體或硬體,都嚴重脫離高齡者的真實需求。這個命題中的「核心使用者」(core user)是「照護者與被照護者」,這些核心使用者目前都需要創新的「服務+空間」提案。
本課程注重 專案實踐、以使用者為核心、跨域合作、驗證成果。
The purpose of this course is to lead students to explore the possibilities of "service innovation", "space innovation" under the huge trend of "Aging Society".
The execution method of this course is three stages: "Solution of Questions" + "Domain Practice" + "Achievement Publishing":
"Solution Question" helps any unexperienced student complete within 33 hours of two days and one night
A complete innovative process sprint.
Complete the prototype and verify it.
A team-building project across regions and years
Determine "OKR and Time", enter "Domain Practice" to guide students to introduce potential prototypes to the scene, conduct practice, and provide "On-demand Coach"
"Results Publishing" is held at the end of the study period.
Taiwan will enter the "ultra-high-age society" in 2025. At that time, the population of ⅕ will be among the high-age ethnic groups, and this proportion will continue to increase to reach a scale of 7 million people. Using Japan's development structure as a borrowing lens, the current care needs of high-age people in Taiwan will quickly transform from "institutional care" to "at home or social care". The corresponding needs require comprehensive service upgrades of "community, mobile, and urban".
The service needs of seniors are different from those in the Youth League. At present, regardless of the basic construction of "home, community, mobile, and urban", regardless of software or hardware, it seriously detracts from the real needs of high-age people. The core user in this topic is the "care user and the careder", and these core users currently need innovative "service + space" proposals.
This course focuses on project implementation, user-centered, cross-domain cooperation, and verification of results.
