3、培養跨國與跨文化溝通基本能力現代公民的國際關係素養是非常重要的,如能具備豐富的國際觀點,我們可以預期受教者可能有這些獲得:1. 透過知識傳播,受教者可以參照國際重要議題的歷史發展軌跡與經驗;2. 透過比較多個國家發展經驗,受教者可以綜合整理一般發展趨勢所在;3. 回頭思考台灣的特殊國情,受教者從而能自發構築問題所在、同時思考可能的解決途徑。
為達上述目標,本課程擬透過多元途徑介紹國際關係發展,多元途徑的好處是吸收快、容易引起注意,這些途徑如書面資料、短片、影片等跨文化載體,受教者很快便能進入相關情境之中;但多元途徑需要也傳授者花費更多心力於課程設計上,使課程能持續保持在相關議題之上,雙方需盡可能的完美配合。1. Explore the basics of international relations

3. It is very important to cultivate the international relations of modern citizens with basic cross-border and cross-cultural communication. If we can have rich international views, we can expect the teachers to have these gains: 1. Through knowledge dissemination, the teachers can refer to the historical development stories and experiences of important international topics; 2. By comparing the development experiences of multiple countries, the teachers can comprehensively organize the general development trends; 3. Thinking back to Taiwan’s special national situation, the educated can then construct the problem and think about possible solutions at the same time.
To achieve the above goals, this course introduces international relations through multiple approaches. The advantage of multiple approaches is that they absorb quickly and easily attract attention. These approaches such as cross-cultural loadings such as book information, short films, videos, etc., can quickly enter relevant situations; however, multiple approaches require the instructor to spend more effort on course design, so that the course can continue to be above related topics, and both parties need to cooperate as much as possible.
