教育目標 Course Target
社會日常生活中，由各種不同的社會規範來規範人與人之間的行為，其中法律規範應該是近代公民社會最為實證化、系統化以及實踐化的規範，現代生活中，無所不在的法律規範，無法僅靠生活經驗、習慣、宗教或道德的感覺就可以瞭解，各類法規範各自規範不同的社會生活與關係，本課程的主要目的，在於就社會生活中，最經常為媒體與公民團體所注目的議題，結合法律的規範體系，引導同學對各類社會問題，嘗試以法律關係的角度思考問題，並進而瞭解法律的系統與功能。
In daily life, various social norms regulate the behavior between people. Among them, legal norms should be the most empirical, systematic and practical norms in modern civil society. In modern life, the ubiquitous legal norms cannot be understood only by life experience, habits, religion or moral feelings. Legal norms each regulate different social life and relationships. The main purpose of this course is to combine the legal normative system with the issues in social life that are most often the focus of the media and citizen groups to guide students to try to think about various social issues from the perspective of legal relationships, and then understand the system and functions of the law.
