社會日常生活中，由各種不同的社會規範來規範人與人之間的行為，其中法律規範應該是近代公民社會最為實證化、系統化以及實踐化的規範，現代生活中，無所不在的法律規範，無法僅靠生活經驗、習慣、宗教或道德的感覺就可以瞭解，各類法規範各自規範不同的社會生活與關係，本課程的主要目的，在於就社會生活中，最經常為媒體與公民團體所注目的議題，結合法律的規範體系，引導同學對各類社會問題，嘗試以法律關係的角度思考問題，並進而瞭解法律的系統與功能。In daily social life, various social regulations regulate the behavior between people and people.
