內涵：

這門課程將帶領大家認識這一個簡單上手的程式語言，配合 HTML (網頁標記語言)與 CSS(Cascading Style Sheets)的教學，css美編就是網頁的化妝品，能把原本不怎麼起眼的html頁面打扮得美美的相信大家於課程結束後都有能力設計一個專屬自己的網頁，也許未來就業時不再是一間一間投遞你的履歷，而是用一個專屬自己網址修出自己， 讓全世界的人都能認識你!
