本課程旨在使學生了解我過著作權法之規範,並配合時勢發展,教導學生正確之著作權觀念,並輔以國際著作權條約、美國著作權法等與我國著作權法發展相關之原理原則與重要案例。1.本課程前半部份將以講授、討論或提問辯答方式並行,由授課老師引導同學討論當週指定之教材內容,同學每週上課前請務必研讀完畢該週指定教材。同學主動參與討論列為平時成績加分項目。
2.後半部份(以分組組數訂實際週次),每次上課第一階段由同學進行分組presentation並接受同學提問(主動提問者列為平時成績加分項目),第二階段由授課老師講評當日報告重點及補充著作權法相關時事及其法律適用,歡迎同學主動提出主題並簡述心得(列為平時成績加分項目)。This course aims to enable students to understand the rules of our copyright law, cooperate with the development of time, teach students correct copyright concepts, and use the principles and important cases related to the development of our copyright law such as the International Copyright Contract, the American Copyright Law, and other principles and important cases. 1. The first half of this course will be taught, discussed or asked questions and answers. The teacher will guide the students to discuss the content of the textbooks designated for the week. Students must study and finish the designated textbooks that week before they go to class every week. Students actively participate in and discuss the performance bonus items at ordinary times.
2. In the second half (the actual week is ordered in the number of sub-groups). In the first stage of each class, students will conduct sub-group presentation and accept students' questions (the person who actively asks is listed as the average score bonus item). In the second stage, the teacher will give a lecture on the key points and supplement the copyright rights related to the law and its legal application. Students are welcome to actively raise topics and briefly describe their experiences (listed as the average score bonus item).
