"敷地計畫（Site Planning）是在一塊特定的土地上安排結構物，並在這塊土地上形成空間樣式的一種藝術；這是一項結合建築學、工程學、景觀建築、與都市計畫的綜合藝術。" (Kevin Lynch, 1992:1) 透過Lynch對基地計畫之定義，可試著藉由空間尺度(Scale) 觀點以建築、都市及地景三方面專業來進行理解與執行；其中涉及物理空間環境、行為活動、界定空間特質之制度與建築空間計畫策略等之學習。本課程將以三階段方式提供學生多向理解基地計畫內容與運用之可能性，同時擴展對於"基地"之定義與理解範疇，進一步促使基地計畫論述與方法對於設計操作之雙向辯正與運用。基於此結構，以期學生對於建築構體、基地內外條件、與社會環境空間之複雜關係與潛力有所初步理解，以為日後敷地選修課程對於大尺度之都市基地開發等議題奠定相關能力與知識領域基礎。本課程包涵:
一.基(敷)地計畫基本意義與內容，並理解影響基地作業之因素與原則
二.基地調查、分析方法於實務計畫和設計練習上之運用，及建築計畫策略
三.不同層級基地之規劃理念與方法 (以規劃設計案例為討論)
"Site Planning is an art that arranges structures on a specific land and forms space-like space on this land; this is a comprehensive art that combines architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, and urban planning." (Kevin Lynch, 1992:1) Through Lynch's definition of base planning, you can try to use space scale (Scale) The viewpoint is professionally understood and implemented in three aspects: architecture, cities and landscapes; it involves learning of physical space environment, behavioral activities, systems that define space characteristics, and architectural space planning strategies. This course will provide students with a multi-directional understanding of the content and application of the base plan in a three-stage manner, and at the same time expand the definition and understanding of the "base", further promoting the dual-directional correction and application of the base plan description and methods for design operations. Based on this structure, students will have a preliminary understanding of the complex relationships and potential of the building structure, the internal and external conditions of the base, and the social environment space, so as to lay a foundation for the relevant capabilities and knowledge of the development of large-scale urban bases in the future. This course includes:
1. Basic meaning and content of the basic (protective) plan, and understand the factors and principles that affect the base operation
2. The use of base survey and analysis methods in practical planning and design practice, and construction planning strategies
3. Planning concepts and methods of different levels of bases (discussed with planning design cases)
基地計劃 (Site planning) 是對一塊特定基地進行規劃以達成計畫目標的工作。在自然基地中﹐規劃的課題主要在處理自然環境體系與人為體系之間的平衡關係。而在都市的基地, 則在處理個別建築群體與整體都市環境的關係。
本課程分為上下兩學期，上學期為必修，內容以實務與分析為導向﹐著重認識規劃
中各項影響因素以及實質問題的探討與解決。下學期為選修，以規劃理念的研討為
重點﹐包含對基地規劃歷史的認知、特定的規劃類型與案例的討論。
A site planning is the work of planning a specific base to achieve planning goals. In natural bases, the planning topics mainly deal with the balance between natural environment systems and human-based systems. In urban bases, the relationship between individual building groups and the overall urban environment is handled.
This course is divided into two classes, the first class is a compulsory course, and the content is directed by practice and analysis, focusing on understanding planning
Exploration and solution of various influencing factors and practical problems in the process. The next period is the selection and discussion on planning concepts
The focus includes understanding of the base planning history, specific planning types and cases.
