Aging Functional Fitness and Cognitive Function Management
教育目標 Course Target
台灣自2018年起將正式進入高齡化社會,這代表台灣的老年人口比例將首度超過14%,而這也表示每年將有更多年滿65歲以上的長輩需要受到照顧,然而現行的醫療體系與家庭很難應付即將到來的挑戰,因此如何讓長輩們在高齡時仍能保有良好的體能與認知能力,將有效幫助他們避免跌倒或需要人員在身邊照顧,也可以大幅減低社會成本,因此政府推動ABC級長照機構,也啟動一系列的延緩失智失能師資的培養班級,本課程就是希望透過一學期的課程,前半學期會在教室內實際教您高齡長輩的現況與努力的方向,後半學期會直接帶到社區進行長輩的活動帶領,這會是一門結合理論與實務的課程,高齡化的社會將衝擊各行各業,因此未來你一定會遇到這個問題,歡迎你加入我們多認知長輩的生理與心理現況未來可以造福更多的長者,達到成功老化的目標。
Taiwan will officially enter an aging society starting in 2018, which means that the proportion of Taiwan’s elderly population will exceed 14% for the first time. This also means that more elders over the age of 65 will need care every year. However, the current medical system and families are difficult to cope with. The upcoming challenge is how to enable the elders to maintain good physical and cognitive abilities in their old age, which will effectively help them avoid falling or needing care by someone around them, and can also significantly reduce social costs. Therefore, the government promotes ABC-level long-term care institutions, and also Launch a series of training classes for teachers to delay dementia and disability. This course hopes that through a one-semester course, the first half of the semester will actually teach you the current situation and direction of efforts of the elderly in the classroom. In the second half of the semester, you will be directly taken to the community to lead the activities of the elders. This It will be a course that combines theory and practice. The aging society will impact all walks of life, so you will definitely encounter this problem in the future. You are welcome to join us to learn more about the physical and psychological conditions of the elders, which can benefit more elders in the future and achieve the goal of successful aging.
