教育目標 Course Target
理論在學習單元中,經常被視為無聊、抽象難懂的單元。學者Fine(2001)卻指稱沒有理論難以定義變項,也無法凝聚知識的價值。理論其實是引導實務的藍圖,沒了理論實務工作只能土法煉鋼、依憑直覺、經驗法則,見招拆招。缺乏變項定義將無法檢核評估實務運作的結果,自然難以凝聚知識。本課程旨在提供學士班經由實習經驗中整理、回顧過去所用所學,期待藉此能為日後投身實務工作所需的知識理論及行動做好基礎準備。
Theory is often regarded as a boring, abstract and difficult unit in learning units. Psychologist Fine (2001) simply said that there is no rationale to define changes and cannot condense the value of knowledge. Theories are actually blue pictures that guide practical work. Without theoretical work, you can only use the method of steel, follow the direct view, and experience the rules to find countermeasures. The lack of change definitions will not allow the results of actual operation to be verified and evaluated, which will naturally be difficult to gather knowledge. This course aims to provide bachelor's courses that are organized through practice experience and reviewed what has been learned in the past, hoping to prepare for the knowledge and theory and actions required to devote themselves to practical work in the future.
課程概述 Course Description
1、能熟悉並掌握社會工作相關理論的內容、預設與發展脈絡;
2、能在社會工作實務中分析、應用、比較上述理論的潛力與侷限;
3、能置身文化脈絡對社會工作理論與社會工作專業提出具反思性與反身性的創造與批判。
1. Be familiar with and master the content, design and development structure of social work related theories;
2. Be able to analyze, apply, and compare the potential and limitations of the above theories in social work;
3. Be able to be in the cultural circle to propose reflective and reflective creation and criticism of social work theory and social work profession.
