Social Work Theories

教育目標 Course Target

理論在學習單元中,經常被視為無聊、抽象難懂的單元。學者Fine(2001)卻指稱沒有理論難以定義變項,也無法凝聚知識的價值。理論其實是引導實務的藍圖,沒了理論實務工作只能土法煉鋼、依憑直覺、經驗法則,見招拆招。缺乏變項定義將無法檢核評估實務運作的結果,自然難以凝聚知識。本課程旨在提供學士班經由實習經驗中整理、回顧過去所用所學,期待藉此能為日後投身實務工作所需的知識理論及行動做好基礎準備。

Theory is often regarded as a boring, abstract and difficult unit in study units. Scholar Fine (2001) pointed out that without theory, it is difficult to define variables and it is impossible to condense the value of knowledge. Theory is actually a blueprint that guides practice. Without theory, practical work can only be done by making steel in an indigenous way, relying on intuition, rules of thumb, and finding tricks as they go. The lack of variable definitions makes it impossible to check and evaluate the results of practical operations, and naturally it is difficult to condense knowledge. This course is designed to provide bachelor's degree students with the opportunity to sort out and review what they have learned in the past through internship experiences. It is hoped that this will provide a basic preparation for the knowledge, theory and actions needed to engage in practical work in the future.

課程概述 Course Description

1、能熟悉並掌握社會工作相關理論的內容、預設與發展脈絡;
2、能在社會工作實務中分析、應用、比較上述理論的潛力與侷限;
3、能置身文化脈絡對社會工作理論與社會工作專業提出具反思性與反身性的創造與批判。

1. Be familiar with and master the content, presuppositions and development context of social work-related theories;
2. Be able to analyze, apply, and compare the potential and limitations of the above theories in social work practice;
3. Be able to immerse yourself in the cultural context and put forward reflective and reflexive creation and criticism of social work theory and social work profession.
