2.實地參訪地方法院，了解司法場域。
3.了解司法社會工作相關理論與新興議題。
4.了解社會工作實務領域相關之法律內涵。
5.了解社會工作專業在司法體系（刑事、民事、少年事件、家事事件等）中扮演的角色與功能，以及實務工作處遇內涵與涉及之倫理議題。
1. Understand the organizational structure, judicial procedures and legal documents of the judicial system.
2. Engage in the district court to understand the judicial field.
3. Understand the relevant theories and new issues of judicial and social work.
4. Understand the legal connotations related to the practical areas of social work.
5. Understand the role and function of social work professions in the judicial system (criminal, civil, juvenile incidents, family incidents, etc.), as well as the connotation and ethical issues involved in practical work.
1990年代社會立法進入所謂的擴張期，社會工作介入逐漸地被納入相關法律規定內，而且比重愈來愈吃重。本課程主要在引導同學認識在主要司法領域裡面社會工作所被賦與的角色有哪些，以及探討特殊情境加害人與被害人的處遇議題。
In the 1990s, social legislation entered the so-called expansion period, and social work intervention was gradually included in relevant laws and regulations, and the proportion became heavier. This course mainly guides students to understand the roles they have been given to social work in the main judicial field, as well as to explore the problems of special situation perpetrators and victims.
