有鑑於當代資訊社會體系的發展,個人或組織與資訊科技的互動愈來愈頻繁,更重要的是,資訊科技已帶來許多社會組織與管理上的改變,但要真正明瞭資訊科技對人文、社會、經濟究竟有什麼影響,就需要了解資訊管理與資訊系統的本質。基此,本課程的主要目標,就是要讓學生了解資訊管理的基本內涵,並認識資訊管理與公部門的連結關係,以及掌握資訊管理對組織可能產生的影響,理解資訊管理的相關理論模式。本課程內容將從資訊管理的根本觀念開始,依序說明行政資訊管理的重要內涵,包括1.行政與資訊管理;2.資訊管理的內涵;3.資訊科技基礎建設;4.資訊系統的類型;5.組織與資訊科技的互動架構;6.科技接受模式;7.知識管理與服務品質;8.創新服務與資訊科技。除此之外,在實務面上,本課程也將教導同學練習操作決策分析軟體Expert Choice,練習如何利用資訊系統處理複雜的決策問題。
另外,課程中也會以資訊案例來強化學習內容,以讓同學進一步認識資訊科技與治理的關係。As a result of the development of contemporary information society, the interaction between individuals or organizations and information technology is becoming more and more frequent. More importantly, information technology has brought many changes in social organizations and management, but to truly understand the impact of information technology on humanities, society, and economy, you need to understand the nature of information management and information systems. Based on this, the main goal of this course is to enable students to understand the basic connotation of information management, understand the connection between information management and the public department, and grasp the possible impact of information management on the organization, and understand the relevant theoretical model of information management. The content of this course will start with the fundamental concept of information management and explain the important connotations of administrative information management in sequence, including 1. In addition, in practice, this course will also teach students to practice operation decision analysis software Expert Choice, practicing how to use information systems to deal with complex decision problems.
In addition, information cases will be used to strengthen learning content during the course, so that students can further understand the relationship between information technology and governance.
