教育目標 Course Target

從「國際格局變遷理論」說明自1949年以來兩岸分治的事實;從「第三波:二十世紀末的民主化浪潮」說明「台灣民主化」的過程與成就;從「改良式的危機途徑」說明「中國改革開放」的過程與成就;從意識型態、政治體制、行政制度、文官制度、兩岸「入世」後之展望等議題,以宏觀角度進行比較性研究,讓學生對兩岸交流與互動具有基本知識,為民主深化與民主鞏固提供認識基礎。Explain the process and achievements of "Taiwan democratization" from the "International Scheme Change Theory" from the "International Scheme Change Theory" from the "Third Wave: The Wave of Democracy at the End of the Twentieth Century"; explain the process and achievements of "Taiwan democratization" from the "Reform and Opening Up" from the "Reform and Crisis Path" and achievement; conduct comparative research from a macro perspective from a macro perspective on the ideological type, political system, administrative system, civil service system, and prospects for the "World-World" between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, so that students have basic knowledge of cross-strait exchanges and interactions, and provide an understanding foundation for deepening democracy and strengthening democracy.


課程概述 Course Description

就海峽兩岸的意識型態、政治體制、行政制度、文官制度、兩岸「入世」後之展望等議題進行說明,嘗試以宏觀角度進行比較性研究,為兩岸未來的交流與互動,提供制度性研究的基礎。
We will explain the ideological patterns, political system, administrative system, civil service system, and prospects after the two sides of the Taiwan Straits' "entering the WTO" and try to conduct comparative research from a macro perspective to provide a basis for institutional research for future exchanges and interactions between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits.
