本課程目標旨在讓同學瞭解與培養相關能力，包括
1.能夠具備蒐集經貿資訊的能力
2.夠瞭解國際貿易規則、慣例之內容
3.能夠清楚描述國際貿易類型與國際貿易流程
4.能具備市場調查及知道如何開發交易對手
5.能夠定義國際貿易條規(Incoterms 2010)並清楚說明不同貿易條件內容的差異
6.能夠瞭解交易磋商過程及描述貿易契約內容。
7.能具備核算商品進出口價格的能力
8.能分辨信用狀種類並能描述信用狀內容。
9.能夠應用信用狀內容製作貿易單證。
10.能夠瞭解國際貨物運輸的類型並能清楚描述提單內容。
11.能夠描述貨物運輸保險的種類與保險契約內容。
12.能夠瞭解並養成商貿專業倫理與社會責任。
課程內容包括貨物買賣契約、貨物包裝、檢驗、裝卸、通關手續、運輸及保險契約之簽訂、信用狀實務、押匯單據製作等實務學習為主。The purpose of this course is to enable students to understand and develop related abilities, including
1. Be able to have the ability to collect trade information
2. Understand the content of international trade rules and practices
3. Be able to clearly describe the type of international trade and the process of international trade
4. Be able to prepare market surveys and know how to develop trade opponents
5. Be able to define the international trade regulations (Incoterms 2010) and clearly explain the differences in the contents of different trade conditions
6. Be able to understand the transaction negotiation process and describe the content of the trade contract.
7. Be able to calculate the import and export prices of goods
8. Be able to distinguish credit status and describe credit status content.
9. Be able to apply credit status content to create trade order certificates.
10. Be able to understand the type of international goods transportation and clearly describe the content of the order.
11. Can describe the types of goods transportation insurance and the content of the insurance contract.
12. Be able to understand and develop professional ethics and social responsibilities in trade.
The course content includes practical learning such as goods purchase and sale contract, goods packaging, inspection, loading and unloading, connecting procedures, signing of transportation and insurance contracts, credit status practice, and mortgage order production.
台灣乃一海島型經濟國家，島內天然資源貧乏，故經濟之發展需仰賴對外貿易之擴張加以彌補。國際貿易實務，乃為對外貿易廠商訓練業務經營人才而設立之預備作業基礎學習的科目。透過本科目之學習，了解並熟悉貿易操作技巧，使同學日後就業時更能得心應手。
Taiwan is a one-sea island-type economic country, and the island has insufficient natural resources, so economic development needs to be relied on the expansion and replenishment of foreign trade. International trade practice is a subject established for the preparation of basic preparation for foreign trade manufacturers to train business management talents.
