讓修習本課程的學生在上完本課程後,能對不動產相關範疇有一基本之認識,以利於在未來相關領域之應用。
本課程主要內容包括:(1)認識不動產:介紹不動產之定義、不動產之特性、不動產種類及不動產權力,(2)不動產權屬管理:介紹台灣的不動產所有權狀、謄本等及認識台灣的地政事務所業務,(3)不動產開發與使用管理:介紹不動產之建築開發、都市計畫與土地使用分區管制之規範,(4)不動產融資管理:介紹不動產相關貸款內容,(5)不動產投資管理:介紹如何評估不動產投資及分散投資風險,(6)不動產稅務管理:介紹不動產相關稅法,(7)其他相關議題:介紹不動產估價、不動產證券化、不動產相關法規等。After completing this course, students who study this course can have a basic understanding of the non-operation-related scope to facilitate application in future related fields.
