教育目標 Course Target

在競爭激烈的科技市場中,台灣的產業從早期的傳統代工製造成本優勢,漸漸累積台灣品牌、通路、產品創新和行銷的整合優勢,而「科技管理」在台灣產業轉型扮演的重要角色,因此科技管理亦為企業在競爭激烈的全球市場上增加其競爭力的重要手段之一。因此,本課程旨在引導學生瞭解如何從科學轉化為技術、如何由技術發展成產品、如何讓產品符合市場需求、公司又如何控制其內部功能與機制探索發展新技術與新市場,對於國貿系學生未來就業或深造有其助益。本課程將以觀念的面授、課堂討論、個案引導分析進行,進而讓學生以思考、互動與表達的方式,對「科技管理」有進一步的了解。

In the fiercely competitive technology market, Taiwan's industry has accumulated the integration advantages of Taiwan's brand, channel, product innovation and marketing from the early traditional OEM production, and "technology management" plays an important role in the transformation of Taiwan's industry. Therefore, technology management is also one of the important means for enterprises to increase their competitiveness in the fiercely competitive global market. Therefore, this course aims to guide students to understand how to transform from science into technology, how to develop from technology into products, how to make products meet market needs, and how companies control their internal functions and mechanisms to explore and develop new technologies and new markets, which will be helpful for domestic trade students to study or further their studies in the future. This course will be conducted in-person teaching of the concept, class discussion, and case-guided analysis, so that students can have a further understanding of "technology management" through thinking, interaction and expression.

本課程在研討科技管理之主要課題及策略應用,透過理論架構及企業案例的導入,探討內部創新程序與外部技術取得之規劃實施及評估控制,提供管理者建置與應用科技管理之有效學習。

This course discusses the main topics and strategic applications of science and technology management, and explores the planning implementation and evaluation control of internal innovation procedures and external technology acquisitions through theoretical structure and the introduction of enterprise cases, and provides effective learning of manager construction and application technology management.
