課程目標：
目標在於讓學生了解全球化企業的主要經營議題，同時探索企業採取全球化策略的發展過程中所面臨的難題。目標在使學生培養系統性與策略性的思維能力，以因應多面向的國際經營管理問題。

課程內涵：
本課程的架構涵蓋四大主題：顧客與品牌、創業與國際化、願景與策略、組織內外的挑戰。本課程設計的特色，在於採用大量的企業實際案例與杜撰個案，突顯經營管理上的困境。因而每一位學生均必須花大量時間於：課前事先閱讀個案撰寫報告、課堂中參與發言、執行分組專題活動。

Course objectives:
The goal is to allow students to understand the main business issues of global enterprises and explore the problems faced by enterprises in the development process of adopting global strategies. The goal is to enable students to develop systematic and strategic thinking skills in order to cope with multi-faceted international business and management issues.

Course content:
The structure of this course covers four major themes: customers and brands, entrepreneurship and internationalization, vision and strategy, and challenges inside and outside the organization. The design of this course is characterized by the use of a large number of actual corporate cases and fictional cases to highlight the dilemmas of business management. Therefore, every student must spend a lot of time: reading case reports before class, participating in speeches in class, and performing group special activities.
