課程目標:
目標在於讓學生了解全球化企業的主要經營議題,同時探索企業採取全球化策略的發展過程中所面臨的難題。目標在使學生培養系統性與策略性的思維能力,以因應多面向的國際經營管理問題。
課程內涵:
本課程的架構涵蓋四大主題:顧客與品牌、創業與國際化、願景與策略、組織內外的挑戰。本課程設計的特色,在於採用大量的企業實際案例與杜撰個案,突顯經營管理上的困境。因而每一位學生均必須花大量時間於:課前事先閱讀個案撰寫報告、課堂中參與發言、執行分組專題活動。Course Target:
The goal is to let students understand the main business issues of globalized enterprises, and to explore the difficulties faced by enterprises in the development process of adopting globalization strategies. The goal is to enable students to cultivate systematic and strategic thinking skills to respond to multi-oriented international management problems.
Course content:
The structure of this course covers four major themes: customer and brand, entrepreneurial and internationalization, landscape and strategy, and internal and external challenges. The characteristics of this course design are the use of a large number of enterprise actual cases and fabricated cases, highlighting the difficulties in business management. Therefore, every student must spend a lot of time: reading a case in advance before class, writing reports, participating in speech in class, and executing sub-grouping activities.
