本課程在研討組織領導之主要課題及實務應用,如何建立內外部連結,並介紹工作型態轉變之趨勢,透過理論架構及領導案例的導入,探討領導模式與實務應用及成效,以提供管理者提昇領導能力之有效學習。
主要的設計以創業為出發點,從創業最初所需之團隊設計與領導能耐以至規模漸大應如何隨之調整,期能將基礎理論帶入創業領域之中,培育學生彈性思維與應用之能力;過程中以團隊為單位,搭配商業模式設計,在建構專題的同時導入團隊建立。
This course discusses the main topics and practical applications of organizational guidance, how to establish internal and external links, and introduces the trends of work style transformation, explores the leadership model and practical applications and results through theoretical structure and introduction of leading cases, so as to provide effective learning of managers to improve leadership abilities.
The main design takes the development point of the industry, and adjusts the team design and leadership ability that are initially required by the industry, and can bring basic theories into the field of creation and cultivate students' ability to think and apply them in a flexible manner. In the process, teams are used as units and business model design, and teams are introduced to team establishment while building topics.
