教育目標 Course Target

鑑識是環境污染物檢測分析之進階應用技術。本校環工系四年級以上(包括研究所)學生經過多年之實驗室化學分析課程養成教育,已具備了解此項先進技術之條件。為了畢業後期望可在檢測機構或顧問公司和其他同仁產生知識差異性,提昇就業競爭力,建議有學習之必要性。 希望同學以經理人之階層態度來學習本課程。 修習鑑識技術有趣的地方乃學習如何扮演大偵探,將棄置在環境之污染物,藉用檢測技術與環保專業知識,將片段的資訊及毫無頭緒的數字、照片等拼湊成一完整之生動圖像,形成柳暗花明又一村,案情之因果關係頓時霍然開朗起來。 建議之學習策略包括: 相關管理資料研讀(法令、規章、製程) 相關鑑識技術及報告(文獻)蒐集與研讀 污染案件資料研讀/學習後提心得作業 Identification is an advanced application technology for environmental pollutant detection and analysis. Students of the School's four-year or above (including the institute) have experienced many years of experience in the laboratory chemistry analysis course development education and have already understood the conditions for this advanced technology. In order to achieve knowledge differences in the testing organization or consulting companies and other colleagues after graduation, it is recommended that there is a necessity for learning. I hope that students can learn this course with the level of managers. The interesting part of the cultivation and cognitive technology is to learn how to play the role of a detective, abandon pollutants in the environment, and use detection technology and professional environmental protection knowledge to combine fragment information and headless numbers and photos into a complete vivid image, forming another village of darkness and lightness. The causal relationship between the case will suddenly open up. Recommended learning strategies include: Related management data study (laws, regulations, processes) Collection and research of related cognitive technology and reports (document) Pollution case data research/review after learning


課程概述 Course Description

1.所謂環境污染物之鑑識技術,係應用眾多精密分析儀器,配合嫻熟之環保專業知識,鑑定一家以上事業單位相似產物與環境中所發現之棄置污染物間之因果關係,建造了污染路徑之事實証據,作為責任歸屬之判決依據。 2.由於所需鑑定技術範圍太廣,本課程僅限制在環境化學次領域學門-鑑識環境化學(Forensic Chemistry)(或稱環境化學指紋(Chemical Fingerprinting)(2012年)之應用介紹。
1. The so-called environmental pollutants are identifiable technology, and the sophisticated analysis instruments are used, combined with professional environmental protection knowledge, to determine the causal relationship between similar products of more than one business unit and the abandoned pollutants found in the environment, and to build a pollution path as a basis for the judgment of the responsibility. 2. Since the scope of the required certification technology is too wide, this course is limited to the application introduction of Forensic Chemistry (or Chemical Fingerprinting) (2012) in the field of environmental chemistry.
