教育目標 Course Target

了解個種不同單元操作實際運作情況,由基本理論設計實驗方法,由實驗結果檢討理論與實際之差異。■ 學習活動與作業說明 (Learning Activities and Assignments) 一、流體化床實驗     負責教師:顏宏偉(辦公室ChE209)   流體化床發生之條件,最小流體化速度及壓降,流體化種類,流體化床之應用 二、拉伸實驗       負責教師:林其昌(辦公室ChE210)   材料延展及力學性質分析,透過學理探討並配合導引學生自行設計拉伸實驗,藉以開拓學生靈活思考及專業學   理整合之技能。 三、反應工程實驗     負責教師:李國禎(辦公室ChE213)   本實驗之主要目的是由批示反映器獲取醋酸乙烯之皂化反應數據,並用數學分析方式以獲得此反應之反應級數   及其活化能。此皂化反應之轉化率及各化合物濃度由測量之電位值加以推算。 四、生物反應器操作實驗  負責教師:楊芳鏘(辦公室ChE214)   1.掌握生物反應器的操作方法,畫出生物反應器結構圖。   2.熟練生物反應器的消毒與滅菌操作過程。   3.在非生物培養條件下﹐測定體積氧質傳係數。Understand the actual operation situation of different single-unit operations, design the experiment method based on basic theories, and discuss the difference between the theoretical and actual results of the experiment. ■ Learning Activities and Assignments 1. Fluidized bed experiment    Responsible teacher: Yan Hongwei (office ChE209) Conditions for the occurrence of fluidized beds, minimum fluidization speed and pressure drop, fluidization types, and the application of fluidized beds 2. Stretching experiment        Responsible teacher: Lin Qichang (office ChE210) Material extension and mechanics analysis, through scientific research and guidance, students design stretching experiences by themselves, so as to develop students' flexible thinking and professional studies.   Integration skills. 3. Responsible teacher: Li Guorui (Office ChE213) The main purpose of this experiment is to obtain the saponification reaction data of vinyl acetate from the instruction reflector, and use mathematical analysis to obtain the reaction level of this reaction. and its activation energy. The conversion rate of this saponification reaction and the concentration of each compound are calculated from the measured potential values. 4. Bioreactor operation experience Responsible teacher: Yang Fangxiang (office ChE214) 1. Master the operation methods of bioreactors and draw the bioreactor structure. 2. Practice the disinfection and sterilization operation process of bioreactors. 3. Under the conditions of non-biological cultivation, the number of oxygen transmission in the body is measured.

了解個種不同單元操作實際運作情況,由基本理論設計實驗方法,由實驗結果檢討理論與實際之差異;另程模實驗旨在訓練學生具分析整合並使用商用化工製程模擬軟體之能力,奠定程序設計之基礎。
Understand the actual operation situation of different single-unit operations, and design the experiment method based on basic theories and the difference between the experiment results and the difference between the theory and the actual; the alternative simulation experiment is designed to train students to have the ability to analyze and integrate and use commercial chemical process simulation software, laying the foundation for program design.
