The purpose of this course is to improve specific English abilities in listening, speaking, academic reading and academic writing for proficiency tests, in particular IELTS. Students will be given guidance in vocabulary development, ideas on useful language, study skills and test taking tips. Students will also be given practice with the IELTS test. The lessons each week are designed to cover important aspects of academic study relevant to various subject areas. The lessons will be developed according to learners’ aptitude and performance.
