本課程為一學年課程,課程內容將延續分析化學基本知識,引導學生學習新穎、實用之分析儀器。儀器分析(下)將先引導學生瞭解基本光學元件之原理及使用,隨後再介紹儀器分析之光譜相關知識,如:紅外線光譜、拉曼光譜、分子質譜、層析分離技術、核磁共振基本原理等。This course is an annual course, and the course content will continue to analyze basic knowledge of chemistry, and guide students to learn new and practical analytical instruments. Device Analysis (Part 2) will first guide students to understand the principles and use of basic optical components, and then introduce the optical spectrum related knowledge for device analysis, such as: Red external optical spectrum, Raman optical spectrum, molecular quality spectrum, layer analysis and separation technology, basic principles of nuclear magnetic resonance, etc.
