設計生活化的化學實驗以提高學生的學習興趣、由實驗中學習化學基本原理、訓練學生做實驗的技巧。本學期普通化學的實驗課程,特別選定11個具有代表性、涵蓋各層面的化學實驗,包括:爆米花的觀察、濾紙層析、依數性質、氧化還原滴定、吸收光譜與比爾定律、銀鏡反應、維生素C之定量、簡單蒸餾、鋁的回收、肥皂的製備以及沉澱滴定等,希望藉由這些實驗課程,能夠提升學生對基礎科學的興趣並增進化學的專業知識。Design a life-oriented chemistry experiment to improve students' learning interest, learn the basic principles of chemistry from the experiment, and train students' skills to do experiments. The experiment courses for general chemistry in this period have specially selected 11 representative chemistry experiments covering all levels, including: observation of popcorn, filter analysis, based on the characteristics, oxidation and reduction titration, absorption spectrometry and Bial law, silver lens reaction, quantification of vitamin C, simple distillation, ash recycling, soap preparation and sedimentation titration, etc. It is hoped that through these experiment courses, students can be interested in basic science and improve their professional knowledge of chemistry.
※配合普通化學課程,經由親自動手及觀察,使學生能更進一步了解基本的化學原理,並熟悉實驗之操作技巧、數據之整理分析及報告之撰寫。

※In conjunction with the general chemistry course, through automatic hands and observation, students can further understand the basic chemistry principles, and be familiar with the practical operation skills, organization and analysis of data, and writing of reports.
