教育目標 Course Target

本課程之目標:(1)帶領學生研讀討論有關網路倫理之文本,(2)引導學生深入反思網路倫理之哲學基礎,(3)要求學生就網路倫理議題進行個案分析。 本課程之內容:電腦網路技術之突飛猛進,令今日之社會環境產生巨大的轉變,從而造成諸多以往未曾多加思考的倫理議題,包括網路中的個人隱私、智慧產權、資料安全、人我關係等等。網路倫理學(cyberethics / internet ethics)乃是一門因應此科技發展而新興的應用倫理學,試圖去澄清、了解與解決網路科技對當今人類生活所帶來的迫切挑戰、甚至嚴重威脅。本課程除引導學生探討網路環境下的使用者與供應商之諸般道德議題之外,亦將促使其能進一步反思網路程式設計對社會和個人層面所產生的影響,以及此中涉及的責任問題。The goals of this course are: (1) Lead students to study and discuss texts about Internet ethics, (2) guide students to reflect in-depth on the philosophical foundations of Internet ethics, and (3) require students to conduct case analysis on issues of Internet ethics. Content of this course: The sudden and violent advancement of computer network technology has caused a huge change in today's social environment, resulting in many ethical issues that have not been thought about in the past, including personal privacy, smart property rights, data security, human-to-person relationships, etc. Cyberethics / internet ethics is an application ethics that is new to this technological development, trying to clarify, understand and solve the urgent challenges and even severe threats that network technology brings to human life today. In addition to guiding students to explore the general ethical issues of users and suppliers in the Internet environment, this course will also encourage them to further reflect on the impact of Internet programming on social and personal levels, as well as the responsibility issues involved.
