課程目標：透過此課程培養同學關懷社會、服務貢獻的態度，以及國際視野，多元發展的目標。
內涵：課程內容包括社會法總論與各論，前者係指社會法的歷史、概念、憲法基礎和財政基礎；後者則包括年金、健康、職災、失業等社會保險，以及老人福利、兒童及少年權益保障、身心障礙者權益保障、長期照顧、社會救助和法律救濟等。
Course objectives: Through this course, we will cultivate students' attitudes toward social and service contributions, as well as international vision and diversified development goals.
Connotation: The course content includes social law summary and various discussions. The former refers to the history, concept, judicious foundation and financial foundation of social law; the latter includes social insurance such as annuity, health, disaster, and unemployment, as well as elderly welfare, children and juvenile rights protection, rights protection for persons with physical and mental disabilities, long-term care, social assistance and legal economic relief, etc.
