教育目標 Course Target
課程目標：透過此課程培養同學關懷社會、服務貢獻的態度，以及國際視野，多元發展的目標。
內涵：課程內容包括社會法總論與各論，前者係指社會法的歷史、概念、憲法基礎和財政基礎；後者則包括年金、健康、職災、失業等社會保險，以及老人福利、兒童及少年權益保障、身心障礙者權益保障、長期照顧、社會救助和法律救濟等。
Course Goals: Through this course, students will develop an attitude of caring for society, service and contribution, as well as an international perspective and the goal of diversified development.
Content: The course content includes a general introduction to social law and individual monographs. The former refers to the history, concepts, constitutional basis and financial basis of social law; the latter includes social insurance such as annuities, health, occupational disasters, and unemployment, as well as welfare for the elderly, protection of the rights and interests of children and teenagers, protection of the rights and interests of the physically and mentally disabled, long-term care, social assistance and legal relief, etc.
