以深入淺出的教學方法，引導修課同學進入物權法領域，瞭解民事物權法學的學理及實務運作，同時以抽象的實例問題輔助教學，使同學能夠學以致用。民法物權編下學期課程，主要偏重在用益物權及擔保物權部分。用益物權包括地上權、不動產役權、農育權、典權，擔保物權則是抵押權、質權、留置權。地上權有意定地上權、法定地上權與準地上權。不動產役權，有地役權、屋役權。農育權則包含耕佃、園藝、植栽、竹木等。典權為固有法制度。抵押權，有普通抵押權、最高限額抵押權及法定抵押權、動產抵押權、權利抵押權等特殊抵押權。質權，有動產質權、權利質權，均為意定。留置權則為法定。With in-depth and pure teaching methods, we guide students in the course to enter the field of property rights law, understand the science and practical operations of civil property rights law, and at the same time use abstract examples to assist in teaching so that students can apply what they have learned. The civil law property rights compiled in the next course, mainly focusing on the usufructuary rights and the security rights. Umbrella rights include land rights, non-employment rights, farming rights, and statutory rights. The right to mortgage rights is mortgage rights, quality rights, and lien rights. The ground rights intentionally determine the ground rights, the statutory ground rights and the statutory ground rights. No property rights, but have land servitude and house servitude. Agricultural rights include farming, garden art, planting, bamboo and wood, etc. The right to rule is an inherent legal system. Mortgage rights include ordinary mortgage rights, maximum mortgage rights, statutory mortgage rights, property mortgage rights, rights mortgage rights and other special mortgage rights. The right to have property rights and rights, are determined by intention. Lien is legal.
民法物權編所規定者，乃一般物權關係，在物權法定之原則下，物權的種類與內容均屬固定，然為適應社會的需要，各國物權法仍不斷的發展，故本課程即以使同學瞭解我 國民法物權編之規定及物權法之趨勢為目的，同時更可作為日後研究土地法等特別法之準備。
The provisions of property rights in civil law are general property rights relations. Under the principle of property rights statutory, the types and contents of property rights are fixed. However, in order to meet the needs of society, property rights laws in various countries are still developing continuously. Therefore, this course is aimed at allowing students to understand the provisions of property rights in civil law and the trends of property rights laws. At the same time, it can also be used as a preparation for future research on land law and other special laws.
