教育目標 Course Target
營養指的是自外界攝取的適當有機體物質,主要包括醣類、蛋白質、脂質、維生素、礦
物質、水等營養素,使組織生長、代謝與修復,以維持正常生理功能與發育,進而維持生命
一連串的新陳代謝過程。營養學就是一門研究食物成分以及這些成分的代謝過程的科學。運動營養學則是探討與
運動相關的營養問題,藉由飲食攝取適當的營養,以維持運動期間的體能或加速運動後身體
的恢復,達到提升體能、健康及運動表現的最終目的。
