教育目標 Course Target

希望透過這門課建立同學正確的運動觀念,認識健身房的設備及安全的進行健身,學會正確重量訓練器材操作辦法,並能自行規劃重量訓練計畫,實踐規律運動的習慣。I hope to establish correct sports awareness through this course, understand the gym equipment and safe fitness, learn the correct weight training equipment operation methods, and plan weight training plans by yourself, and implement the habit of regular sports.
