Weight Training – Theory and Practic
教育目標 Course Target
希望透過這門課建立同學正確的運動觀念,認識健身房的設備及安全的進行健身,學會正確重量訓練器材操作辦法,並能自行規劃重量訓練計畫,實踐規律運動的習慣。
It is hoped that through this course, students can develop a correct concept of exercise, understand gym equipment and perform fitness exercises safely, learn the correct operation methods of weight training equipment, and be able to plan their own weight training plans and practice the habit of regular exercise.
