■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
討論健身運動心理學基礎,將理論、研究、應用與介入共同交織,使得理論與模式可應用到實際的用途健身之情境或專業中。本課程為基礎課程,培養學生進一步探索及學習專業領域之其他課程。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
本課程由兩位教師分別授課。第一部份是回顧身體活動的生理心理社會影響,並討論近代重要的相關研究。整體內容包括身體活動與認知功能與情緒調節的關係、健身運動對自尊、壓力、焦慮、憂鬱、以及情緒性福祉的影響。此外,亦著重於社會影響、身體意象,以及健康相關生活品質的研究議題、身體活動如何影響我們的健康、思考與情緒,以及健身運動如何改善憂鬱、解緩焦慮、抗壓、逆老化。
第二部分是探討運動動機、回饋、增強與內在動機的相關研究,並瞭解團體與團隊動力如何帶動健身運動的風氣,以及如何提升團隊凝聚力,接著探討運動傷害、運動成癮與不健康的行為、倦怠與過度訓練和心理的相關研究,最後探討品格發展與良好的運動行為,並將品格教育融入運動中。
■ Course Objectives
Discuss the foundations of fitness exercise psychology, and jointly communicate theory, research, application and intervention, so that theory and model can be applied to actual use of fitness situations or professionals. This course is a basic course, which trains students to further explore and learn other courses in the professional field.
■ Course Contents
This course is taught separately by two teachers. The first part is to look back at the physiological, psychological and social impact of body activities and discuss important relevant research in modern times. The overall content includes the relationship between physical activities and cognitive function and emotional adjustment, the impact of fitness exercise on self-esteem, pressure, anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being. In addition, it also focuses on social influence, physical imagery, as well as research topics related to health-related quality of life, how physical activities affect our health, thinking and emotions, and how fitness exercises improve depression, relieve anxiety, resist stress, and anti-aging.
The second part is to explore the relevant research on sports, rejuvenation, enhancement and internal movements, and to understand how teams and team power can drive the atmosphere of fitness sports and how to enhance team cohesion. Then, explore the related research on sports damage, sports formation and unhealthy behavior, burnout and overtraining and psychology, and finally explore the development of character and good sports behavior, and integrate character education into sports.
