本課程將針對國際民商事管轄權最新發展部分進行深入研究探討，通過學習本課程時，將利用國際民商事管轄權的發展歷程開始著手幫助學生瞭解、熟悉大陸地區乃至於對國際相關管轄權條約等涉外民事關係法律管轄權適用、與相關涉外民事商事爭議解決的相關法律制度與實務，並參酌大陸地區學者相關國際私法管轄權的理論主張，研討兩岸國際私法交流與實踐中的新問題。

This course will conduct in-depth research and discussion on the latest development of international civil and commercial management rights. By learning this course, we will use the development process of international civil and commercial management rights to help students understand, become familiar with the mainland and even the relevant international management rights. The relevant legal systems and practices that apply the legal management rights of foreign-related civil relations, resolve relevant civil and commercial disputes, and take into account the theoretical propositions of relevant international private law management rights of scholars in the mainland, and discuss new problems in the exchanges and practices of international private law between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.
