本課程將針對國際民商事管轄權最新發展部分進行深入研究探討，通過學習本課程時，將利用國際民商事管轄權的發展歷程開始著手幫助學生瞭解、熟悉大陸地區乃至於對國際相關管轄權條約等涉外民事關係法律管轄權適用、與相關涉外民事商事爭議解決的相關法律制度與實務，並參酌大陸地區學者相關國際私法管轄權的理論主張，研討兩岸國際私法交流與實踐中的新問題。

This course will conduct in-depth research on the latest developments in international civil and commercial jurisdiction. When studying this course, the development history of international civil and commercial jurisdiction will be used to help students understand and familiarize themselves with the mainland region and even the application of legal jurisdiction in foreign-related civil relations such as international jurisdiction treaties, and the relevant legal systems and practices related to the resolution of foreign-related civil and commercial disputes. It will also refer to the theoretical propositions of mainland scholars on private international law jurisdiction, and discuss new issues in the exchange and practice of cross-strait international private law.
