於台灣，一般所謂「法曹倫理」(legal ethics)，係指涉法官、檢察官以及律師三者，此乃廣義的法曹倫理，實則，法曹倫理本係以律師倫理為中心而發展，於此意義上，所謂狹義的法曹倫理係僅指涉律師倫理。本課程擬以狹義的法曹倫理為檢討對象，且聚焦於刑事辯護中所可能涉及之倫理議題。於課程中，擬視課程進行狀況，適度延請實務界人士一起參與課程討論、抑或進行專題演說，若情況允許，或可結合法律扶助基金會、抑或民間司改會規劃實習性課程。此課程，意欲深化履修者對於刑事辯護中所可能涉及之倫理議題之理論性與實務性基礎，與並提升其思考、分析、解決問題之能力。In Taiwan, the so-called "legal ethics" refers to judges, prosecutors and lawyers. This is a broad sense of law. In fact, law of law has developed based on lawyer ethics as the center. In this sense, the so-called "legal ethics" refers only to lawyer ethics. This course focuses on the ethical issues that may be involved in criminal protection. During the course, the course is subject to the status of the course, and the practical personnel are invited to participate in the course discussion, or conduct a topical speech. If the circumstances allow, it may be planned in accordance with the Legal Support Foundation or the Civil Service Reform Association. This course is intended to deepen the theoretical and practical basis of practitioners on the possible ethical issues involved in criminal protection, and to improve their ability to think, analyze and solve problems.
