本課程之教學目標在於透過日文法律文獻之導讀，讓學生了解日本法律文章之基本結構、用語，以期能進一步閲覧日本法院之判決與學說理論。課程之主要內容在於介紹日本法律文章之基本構造與用語，並以相關文獻或具體案例，作為課堂討論的主題。The teaching objective of this course is to guide and read Japanese legal texts, so that students can understand the basic structure and language of Japanese legal articles, in order to further understand the judgment and academic discussions of Japanese courts. The main content of the course is to introduce the basic structure and language of Japanese legal articles, and to use relevant documents or specific cases as the topic of class discussion.
