跨界整合是都市議題與實踐的趨勢。 本課程希望建立景觀所學生從經濟、都市、科技角度以形構類生態系網絡進行大尺度景觀規劃。

認知都市發展似有機體生長過程。 無形體的經營設計與有形體硬體設計(包含景觀) 需相輔相成，或甚至扮演都市成敗更具關鍵性角色。 都市規劃需在與趨勢緊扣的大願景下，促成發展可適性、參與性、前瞻性。

Cross-border integration is a trend in urban issues and practices. This course hopes to establish a landscape institute where students can conduct large-scale landscape planning by constructing ecosystem-like networks from economic, urban, and technological perspectives.

Recognize that urban development is like the growth process of an organism. Intangible business design and tangible hardware design (including landscape) need to complement each other, or even play a more critical role in the success or failure of the city. Urban planning needs to promote adaptability, participation, and forward-looking development under the overall vision that is closely aligned with trends.
