教育目標 Course Target
多年來的研究突顯無論練習時間的多寡,音樂系學生遭遇演奏傷害的比例甚高,起因為缺乏健康促進及傷害預防相關知識。本課程以亞歷山大技巧為教學內容,提供學生正確的肢體應用知識及能力,避免在學習專業演奏技術之同時,因不當及過度使用身體所造成之演奏傷害。並培養教學能力,在未來面臨教學工作時,擁有幫助學生解決演奏難題的對應知識。
Research over the years has highlighted that regardless of the amount of practice time, music students suffer a high rate of performance injuries due to a lack of knowledge about health promotion and injury prevention. This course uses the Alexander Technique as the teaching content to provide students with the correct knowledge and ability to apply their limbs, so as to avoid performance injuries caused by improper and overuse of the body while learning professional performance techniques. And cultivate teaching abilities, so that when facing teaching work in the future, they will have the corresponding knowledge to help students solve performance problems.
