多年來的研究突顯無論練習時間的多寡,音樂系學生遭遇演奏傷害的比例甚高,起因為缺乏健康促進及傷害預防相關知識。本課程以亞歷山大技巧為教學內容,提供學生正確的肢體應用知識及能力,避免在學習專業演奏技術之同時,因不當及過度使用身體所造成之演奏傷害。並培養教學能力,在未來面臨教學工作時,擁有幫助學生解決演奏難題的對應知識。Years of research have highlighted that regardless of the amount of practice time, music students suffer from high performance injuries, due to the lack of knowledge related to health promotion and injury prevention. This course uses Asian Scholars as teaching content to provide students with correct physical application knowledge and abilities to avoid performance damage caused by improper and excessive use of their bodies while learning professional performance techniques.
