為培養研究生研究之能力,本課程提供碩士學生對質性研究的議題與課題進行瞭解。透過閱讀相關的文獻與議題,我們將嘗試弄清楚我們平日所生活的社會是如何被運作,我們可以如何了解甚至描述我們身旁所發生的一些事。經由此門課,將讓你在未來的研究上提供幫助。
因此本門課的目標有三,首先透過文獻與主張,我們將對所謂的實證主義,後實證主義進行了解。接著我們會閱讀一些利用質性方法在教育進行的實證研究。最後我們將介紹一些可以在田野的採集的方法。方法的討論通常被視為社會科學中進行質性研究基本的技術, 因此本課程將借由閱讀文章探討質性研究的相關理論基礎,並且透過練習實作,進行對質性研究的了解。
本課程的教學方法包括閱讀文章、課堂講解討論分享、線上討論、田野練習、及研究發表。以下幾種方式:
◊ 教師重點講解:由任課教師對於重要(主要)概念的進行引導式的提
示與講解。
◊ 線上討論:學生必須上教學網站分享閱讀心得。
◊ 田野實作:研究生依其興趣選擇自然場域進行觀察與訪談練習。
◊ 研究發表:學生依其興趣進行實證探究分享。In order to cultivate graduate research ability, this course provides jurist students with understanding of topics and subjects on quality research. By reading related papers and discussions, we will try to figure out how the society we live in is operated, and how we can understand and even describe some of the things happening around us. This lesson will help you in future research.
Therefore, there are three goals for this course. First, through the literature and the initiative, we will understand the so-called realism and then the realism. Then we will read some practical research using quality methods in education. Finally, we will introduce some methods that can be used in the fields. Discussions of methods are usually regarded as the basic technology of quality research in social sciences. Therefore, this course will explore the relevant theoretical basis of quality research through reading articles, and conduct an understanding of quality research through practice.
The teaching methods of this course include reading articles, class discussions and sharing, online discussion, field practice, and research and publishing. The following methods:
◊ Teacher's key explanation: The teacher will introduce the important (main) concepts
Demonstration and explanation.
◊ Online discussion: Students must go to the teaching website to share their reading experience.
◊ Fieldwork: Graduate students choose natural fields according to their interests for observation and interview training.
◊ Research published: Students conduct practical exploration and sharing based on their interests.
質化研究是一門社會科學領域常用的研究方法論課程,本課程介紹餐旅領域常使用之質化研究方法的觀點與研究過程,以文本分析研究為主認識質化研究特質,詮釋典範的相關觀點、量化與質化研究差異、質性研究企劃過程、資料收集方法及技巧、研究倫理、寫作方式等;並協助同學選擇碩士論文主題、找出問題意識、整理文獻、擬出研究架構,撰寫研究大綱、並執行質化研究過程。
Quality research is a commonly used research method discussion course in the field of social sciences. This course introduces the perspectives and research processes of quality research methods commonly used in the field of catering and tourism. It mainly recognizes the characteristics of quality research, and describes the relevant views, quantification and quality of the classics. Research differences, quality research planning processes, data collection methods and techniques, research ethics, writing methods, etc.; and help students choose the topic of literacy, find out the problem idea, organize the article, and create the research structure, write research topics, and execute the quality research process.
