本課程為培育中等教育生命教育以及樂齡教育教師,所開授之授探討生命與死亡教育議題的課程。課程的目的在引導學生從生理、心理與靈性三個面向,探討生命的發生、成長、老化與死亡的的過程,特別將焦點放置在老化與死亡,一方面,讓修課學生能從了解生命的過程與死亡,進一步反思如何活出有意義與精彩的生命,並學習有效的規劃正式或潛在的生死領域課程,協助學生從認識生命與死亡議題中體悟生命的意義。
課程的設計從瞭解生命的起始、成長與老化為切入點,探討生命過程中如何面對死亡相關的議題,並透過生死終極關懷來思索、省察生命的意義,以增進未來教師(修課學生)開授生死教育的知能。課程的設計將規劃為三大區塊:第一個區塊為對生命與死亡過程現象的瞭解;第二個區塊為面對老化與死亡相關議題的探討,包括老年健康促進的議題;第三個區塊為生命終末的關懷與死亡教育教案的研發。This course is to cultivate secondary education life education and aged education teachers, and the courses taught to explore the topics of life and death education. The purpose of the course is to guide students to explore the process of life's occurrence, growth, aging and death from the three aspects of physiology, psychology and spirit, and specifically place the focus on aging and death. On the one hand, students can understand the process and death of life, further reflect on how to live intentional and wonderful life, and learn effective planning formal or potential life courses, help students understand the meaning of life from the topic of understanding life and death.
The course design starts with understanding the beginning, growth and aging of life, explores the questions related to death during the life process, and thinks and examines the meaning of life through the extreme concern of life and death, so as to enhance the knowledge of future teachers (students) in teaching life and death education. The course design will be planned into three major areas: the first is an understanding of the phenomena of life and death; the second is an exploration of the issues related to aging and death, including the issues of promoting health for the elderly; and the third is an investigation of the concerns at the end of life and the development of death education lesson plans.
